Gurus
Chris Lee is our fearless leader. He comes from a family of real estate investors, and remembers well his childhood of helping to prepare apartments between renters. He now manages his own property, apartment complexes, and condos. He has particular insight into the issues around short-term rentals as he manages those for himself and for other owners. He has degrees in Economics, International Management, and accounting.
Eli Secor oversees the development of our content. He also comes from a family of real estate investors, dating back several generations. He currently manages his own multifamily property, apartment buildings for clients, and commercial spaces. He has particular expertise in the construction and maintenance arena, having spent almost 20 years in the construction fields.
Xu Wang is our technology expert. Growing up in China, Xu came to the United States as a graduate student, earning a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Florida State University. Among other accomplishments is a 14 year tenure at Microsoft, where he was a Senior SDET Lead, and a Senior Software Engineer.
